Office Communicator Server 2007 R2 終端部署

　一、伺服端

　　（一）啟用帳戶

　　　　１、點取「開始」的「執行」輸入「dsa.msc」，以右鍵點取使用者後即可啟用、停用使用者帳戶來使用OCS或變更使用者的OCS權限

　　　　２、若OCS主機為成員伺服器時，請在OCS主機上點取「開始」「系統管理工具」「Active Directory使用者及電腦」，以右鍵點取「使用者」後即可啟用或關閉該使用者，使用OCS的權限

　　　　３、若OCS主機為DC之一，則可在任何一部DC主機上操作上述啟用及關閉的設置

　　　　４、未啟動的帳戶則無法登入、使用OCS服務及CWA服務

　　（二）權限

　　　　１、啟用的帳戶，將依配置的系統群組沒有或有權限管理OCS服務或是OCS群組，請妥善配置

　　（三）NTP

　　　　１、所有伺服器進行校時，網域中僅PDC為NTP Server並可向網際網路校時，其餘Server、PC均向PDC校時

　二、客戶端

　　（一）根憑證安裝

　　（二）NTP校時

　　　　１、「開始」「執行」輸入「net time /set」完成與PDC校時

　　（三）Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2

　　　　１、主程式安裝

　　　　２、多語言介面程式安裝

　　　　３、安裝完即出現一般IM的程式可供使用(如MSN)

　　（四）Microsoft Office 增益集

　　　　１、Microsoft Office Connector，安裝完後會在OFFICE OUTLOOK的功能列增加「會議」

　　　　２、附加增益集Communicator，安裝完後會在OFFICE OUTLOOK的畫面配置出現OCS的區塊，但可能無法正確連接OCS主機，須告OCS CLIENT程式啟動並連接後才可以正確的連結OCS主機

　　　　３、擇其一安裝

Install Office Communicator Server 2007 R2

　二、安裝

　　（一）執行安裝程式 setupee 或 Enterprise 版本，開啟安裝主選單

　　　　１、Prepare Environment (進入)

　　　　　（１）Prepare Active Directory 檢查AD架構及環境

　　　　　（２）Create Enterprise Pool

　　　　　　　Ａ、pool name, domain, and Back - End

　　　　　　　　（Ａ）pool 值請設為 ocs

　　　　　　　　（Ｂ）domain 請設網域值 x.local

　　　　　　　　（Ｃ）pool fqdn 請設a記錄 ocs.local

　　　　　　　　（Ｄ）sql server instance 請設 sql server的位置 使用netbios名稱

　　　　　　　Ｂ、web farm fqdns

　　　　　　　　（Ａ）internal web farm fqdn 內部網域，設為 ocs.local

　　　　　　　　（Ｂ）external web farm fqdn 外部網域，請設 ocs.com

　　　　　　　Ｃ、reuse existing database 若是重新建立資料庫資料則鉤選，第一次建立則否

　　　　　　　Ｄ、location for backend database 使用預設值，並直接到下一步

　　　　　　　Ｅ、meeting content and archive location 設置資料共用目錄

　　　　　　　　（Ａ）設置二個共用目錄，(不可使用隱藏目錄)給予 meeting content及meeting metadata使用，將everyone移除，授予local\administrator全整權限

　　　　　　　　（Ａ）設置三個共用目錄，(不可使用隱藏目錄)給予meeting address、meeting application及meeting client使用，將everyone移除，授予local\administrator全整權限

　　　　　（４）建立完成後返回主選單

　　　　２、add enterprisce edition server to pool

　　　　　（１）add server to pool 將會安裝程式

　　　　　　　Ａ、select a pool 選擇一網域

　　　　　　　Ｂ、select main service account 使用預設並配置密碼

　　　　　　　Ｃ、select component service account 使用預設並配置密碼

　　　　　　　Ｄ、select guest account 使用預設並配置密碼

　　　　　（２）configure certificate 建立憑證

　　　　　　　Ｂ、delayed or immediate request 使用預設進行

　　　　　　　Ｃ、name and security setting，name 與 pool 同 ocs，其餘使用預設

　　　　　　　　　　ｄ、(不一定要執行)另可在「Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Communicator Web Access」點取右鍵，執行「Publish Web Addresses」(或安裝程式的執行項，如 create virtual server的下一項)發佈內部或外部主機網址

Office Communicator Server 2007 R2

一、DNS配置

１、額外設置

　（１）增加A記錄，使用與主機名不同之名稱作設定並使用該名稱，名稱以OCS為例，將ocs.local指向主機IP(如基礎設置))，另在wins server加入靜態記錄將OCS(NetBios)指向主機IP

２、基礎設置(在該網域根目錄下進行增設)

　（１）A記錄

３、解說

　（１）例如，如果使用者輸入 URI sip:jeremy@contoso.com，Communicator 會使用 contoso.com 探索使用 DNS 的 SIP 伺服器。Communicator 在搜尋適當伺服器時會查詢下列 SRV 記錄

　　　Ｃ、_sip._tls.ocs.local 0/100/50561 *

　（２）如果沒有這些記錄，Communicator 會查詢主機 (A) 記錄

　（３）用戶端會開始查詢 SRV 記錄，它依預設一定會使用 TLS 來進行驗證。如果 TLS 失敗，這時 (也只有這時) 就會恢復使用傳輸控制通訊協定 (TCP)

　（４）這前面兩個 DNS 記錄的其中之一應會發行並放在內部 DNS 命名空間中。如此，如果在這之前用戶端取回主機名稱，就能直接連線至主集區或 Office Communications Server。否則，用戶端會繼續其查詢程序，並知道目前不是位在內部網路

　（５）如果其中一個查詢成功，用戶端會重新導向至 Access Edge Server 的外部邊緣，接著導向至內部主集區或 Office Communications Server。不過，如果仍失敗，用戶端最後會嘗試直接查詢主機記錄，如下列兩個例子所示。如果這項要進行自動設定的嘗試失敗，Office Communicator 會失敗並要求手動設定
